Mixed Economic News for April 9th, 2015

The economic data this morning is mixed. It's a good news, bad news day!
The good news is that claims for jobless benefits are modestly improved over the past five consecutive weeks:

But the sustainability of that trend is in question given that wholesale sales contracted:
