Global Capital Reserves: Back to Flat

As I expected, Wall St has ignored today's bad economic news. They will continue to do so until it can no longer be ignored. Stocks are now higher for the day! Imagine that! Stocks move higher on bad economic news. Bad is good on Wall St!
