The IEA must be fuming. While our strategic reserve is smaller by 30 million barrels, the price is $8 higher than it was when the sale was announced.

S Benard: United States; I am a student of economics, financial analyst, and futures trader, specializing in agricultural commodities, and especially grains, but I also trade gold and other metals, soft commodities, treasuries, and stock index futures.
